Wednesday-only cafe exclusively for women leading busy lives

Every Wednesday, Cafe HIRANAGA opens as a women-only space under the name of "Naga Cafe," which offers a special lunch plate and an original cake made abundantly using seasonal fruits and ingredients from Fukushima. Come and spend a relaxing and soothing time as a reward for yourself.

This is our most popular menu item. Our pancakes are individually hand-cooked on a skillet, resulting in a unique texture with a crispy exterior and a moist interior.

玉子サンド

Scrambled Egg Open Sandwich

地元・飯坂町「ベーカリーJamジャム」人気の高級食パン使用。普通の玉子サンドとは味も見た目も違うオープン玉子サンド。

Soft and creamy scrambled egg on a thick slice of high-grade bread from a popular local bakery "Jam." This open sandwich differs in both taste and appearance from other ordinary egg sandwiches.

Hot Sandwich

高級天然酵母「白神こだま」使用の「パン香房leafリーフ」の食パンに、国産地鶏ハーブソーセージとチーズを乗せて焼き上げます。

This hot sandwich is made with bread from Bakery Leaf in Aizu, using a premium natural yeast "Shirakami Kodama." Inside are　juicy Japanese herb chicken sausage and rich melty cheese.

Homemade Gateau Au Chocolat

浅煎りカカオのビーントゥバーチョコレートを使用。テリーヌのような濃厚さ。柑橘系のセミドライフルーツをトッピング。

For our gateau au chocolat, we use exquisite bean-to-bar chocolate meticulously crafted from lightly roasted cacao beans. It has a rich and moist texture like terrine and will be served with a topping of semi-dried citrus fruits.

We offer 2 or 3 types of cheesecakes around the year. For example, we make souffle cheesecake and strawberry cheesecake in winter and unbaked lemon cheesecake in summer.
