Just a 3-minute walk from Cafe HIRANAGA, our roastery is nestled in a 70+ year-old house located in a back alley of Iizaka. Transformed with an industrial-chic style, it offers specialty coffees and a hideaway-like atmosphere, complete with nostalgic tunes of vinyl records.

We change roast levels of our espresso depending on the season and depending on the mood and situation of the day, week, or month. Beans are selected from the varieties that are in season.

¥650コーヒーフィルターはリネンを使用してCHEMEX３カップ用で抽出し浅煎りは甘さ、フルーティーさを表現し、深煎りはコク、甘味苦味のバランスよく抽出しています。
Using a 3-cup Chemex coffee maker and a linen filter, we carefully handdrip each cup of coffee, bringing out the sweetness and fruity flavor from light roast and rich flavor and well-balanced bittersweetness from dark roast.

¥650本来コーヒーはフルーツです。その果肉コーヒーチェリーを搾って作ったシロップを炭酸水で割ります。通年メニュー。
Coffee is essentially a fruit. Its fruits, known as coffee cherries, are pressed to produce sweet juice. Syrup made from this coffee cherry juice is mixed with soda to make coffee cherry soda. Served all year round.
